G.D. and Bob Bock designed the Matterhorn Group business model that allows investors to leverage the solid returns usually found with real estate investing without requiring a significant time commitment managing, maintaining or selling the properties. G.D. notes that Matterhorn’s business model also delivers opportunities to roll over investments into future projects in the pipeline.
